1. Who we are
PrintNum.com is an independent educational website operated by the PrintNum team. We provide a free interactive math worksheet generator and printable resources for parents, teachers, and homeschool families.
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the site. Specifically: (a) Plausible Analytics — anonymized, cookieless page-view counts, referrer, country, device class, and screen size. Plausible does not collect IP addresses or any personally identifiable information. (b) Server logs — temporarily held by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance. (c) Premium bundle purchases — handled entirely by Gumroad; we receive only the email you give them so we can deliver the bundle.
3. What we do not collect
We do not require accounts, logins, or passwords. We do not collect names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers from visitors who use the free generator. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not sell or rent any user data to third parties, ever.
4. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
PrintNum is designed for use by parents, teachers, and schools. The free generator does not require any input from children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or teacher and believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it within 7 days.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use the browser's local storage to remember your generator settings (selected number, layout, color theme) so you do not have to reconfigure them on every page. No tracking cookies are set. You can clear local storage at any time from your browser settings.
6. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services: (a) Cloudflare Pages for hosting and CDN. (b) Plausible Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. (c) Gumroad for premium bundle checkout. Each provider has its own privacy practices; please review them before use.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to: (a) request a copy of any personal data we hold about you; (b) request that we correct or delete it; (c) opt out of any future processing. Since we collect virtually nothing, most requests are simple — email us and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Data retention
Plausible Analytics: aggregated only, no individual records. Server logs: typically purged within 30 days. Premium bundle emails: retained only as long as you are a customer, and deleted on request.
9. Security
We use HTTPS site-wide via Cloudflare. We do not store passwords, payment data, or sensitive personal information on our servers. If you discover a security issue, please email [email protected].
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as we add or remove features. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days. The 'last updated' date below always reflects the most recent revision.
